About Order:
* We accept retail and wholesale orders.
* There is no minimum quantity of retail and wholesale orders.
* Some of our products retail only/limited products and some wholesale only.
* Samples may be requested and samples are not free.
* For retail orders we require full payment in advance via bank transfer or western union.
* For wholesale orders, 50% payment by bank transfer or western union at the time of order and 50% balance that is due by the time of shipping.
* We give special discount for regular customers.
* Our prices are quoted in US Dollar and are not FOB (Freight On Board).
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be update on the website when they occur.
* We accept payment in Indonesian Rupiah, Japanese Yen and US Dollar.

Retail Order Method
Payment for retail orders:
After we confirm your order we will send you invoice of merchandise prices + shipping and handling costs as soon as possible to your E-Mail. Payment method: Bank Transfer or Western Union in advance (Full Payment).

Wholesale Order
Payment for wholesale orders:
* 50% payment by Bank Transfer or Western Union at the time of order and 50% balance that is due by the time of shipping.
* We give special discount for regular customers.
* We accept payment in Indonesian Rupiah, Japanese Yen and US Dollar.
After we confirm your orders we will send invoice via E-Mail as soon as possible. Payment method: Bank Transfer or Moneygram.
